But a recent study by researchers at the University of Chicago and Harvard and Stanford Universities found that introverted chief executives make better leaders. Which proved that introverted CEOs outperformed companies ran by extroverts.
The impact of one type of personality over the other often depends on the dynamics of the main team. So basically, managers just need to find the best position with the right personality and set of skills. So who gets to make a better leader? It could be the ambivert since the form of one’s personality is not absolute, but instead resides on a continuum.
