How To How to Develop our Clairvoyance Skills!

How to Develop our Clairvoyance Skills!

The sixth sense, this ability to grasp information beyond space and time, is an ability that we all have. Inhibited by our various conditioning, it needs to be trained to reveal itself.

In our hyper-connected world where all the information comes to us without our having requested it, where daily life is made easy for us by the modernity and the comfort we enjoy, we have less and less need to look for answers by ourselves.

Hyper connected, yes, but not to our internal “GPS”. Hence an agonizing feeling of emptiness and absence from oneself that the collective hubbub pretends to fill. Unless we set out to conquer – difficult but fruitful – our internal resources. An increasingly shared aspiration, as evidenced by the recent Western craze for meditation.

The royal path to intuition, meditation is the vector of clairvoyance, this ability to access information independent of our five senses and of temporality. On the condition of taming it with confidence, this ally, latent in each of us, proves to be incomparably reliable. To the point of being an increasingly popular research object for scientists who, thanks to advances in medical imaging, can observe its beneficial effects on the brain.

Beforehand, we provide ourselves with a notebook that will follow us everywhere, where we can write down all our receptions every day – intuitions that can arise at any time, in various forms. We will learn to keep at a distance the “enemies” of clairvoyance, of which our logic – called the “mind” – is the most tenacious (prejudices, cognitive biases, references, knowledge, beliefs, judgments, etc.). Indeed, our rational reasoning is unable to justify this phenomenon.

Week 1: Preparation!

Learn to put yourself in optimal indoor conditions of reception. Presence to oneself: whatever we do during the day (walking, eating, reading, listening, speaking, watching, etc.), we do it with full awareness of the present moment.

Mental calm: it arises from our breathing rhythm and requires focusing on each inhalation and exhalation and lengthening them more and more.

Week 2: Identify our receptions!

Practice watching carefully without interpreting or judging (which are mental actions). Attention to others: it requires being fully focused on the one you are watching or listening to.

It amplifies our receptors and goes beyond the surface of things. Devote a day to our feelings, that is to say to what seems to come “out of nowhere”: neither our prejudices, nor our knowledge, nor our beliefs, without refuting what we perceive. Note when and how it happens.

Week 3: Recognize our modes of operation!

We can capture information by flashes, symbols or images (clairvoyance); sounds (clairaudience); physical feelings (clairsentience). Identify our forms of reception by noting all their content, their subjects and the format in which they give us.

This will allow us, in the early stages, to rely on our predominant mode and to streamline the reception. If we capture information in the form of symbols, write them down in a specific notebook, a symbol directory with the unique meaning of each one, which is personal to us and will always be the same each time the symbol appears.

Week 4: Develop and control our reception!

Now is the time to incorporate more technical exercises. First, the stimulation of our “third eye”, the channel of clairvoyance, located just above the space of our eyebrows. We visualize, in front of our eyes, a ball of white light that will enter the third eye and advance inside the head.

This essential exercise is sometimes difficult. If it is unpleasant, we interrupt it and resume it every day, at our own pace. Stopping parties when they are unwelcome or when you feel overwhelmed is absolutely necessary.

When desired, we close the reception door by placing ourselves mentally in our head, at the level of the third eye. We then firmly state “STOP”. Reception will be cut off.

Week 5: Collecting information about the places!

Each time you enter a new place, close your eyes to feel the vibrations at work, the energy that is being given off, and ask yourself what you are feeling, what has changed since you entered it. Sharpen your perception of places increases our range of feelings and sensitivity, and allows us to capture information in very different contexts.

Week 6: Collect information on objects!

Objects carry vibrations, especially if they have been used a lot and, even more, if they have been invested emotionally. Psychometry consists in capturing its vibrations. Well exercised, it even allows access to information on the person to whom the object belongs or has belonged.

To develop your psychometry, you take an object appreciated by its owner or often in contact with it (jewelry, watch, etc.). We move it in our hands to activate the engrammed vibrations. We note all the information we receive, emotions and sensations, visions, sounds, colors … Then we validate them with the owner of the object, or with those who have known it.

Week 7: Use photos!

Start working from silver photos, which are mostly old. Indeed, the silver salts used for development had the ability to pick up vibrations. Digital photos are therefore less meaningful. To practice reading photos, ask a loved one who can validate the information received.

Then you close your eyes and focus on the present moment, breathing calmly and confidently. We pass the palm of our hand several times over it. Little by little, various sensations and information will reach us, more and more distinct. They are submitted for validation by the witness.

Week 8: Capturing information about people

Each living being has its own vibration. By capturing it, we enter directly into a relationship with the inner state of the other through the technique of gazing. By directing our gaze to her plexus or her stomach, we imagine that a light point is crossing her.

Here again, all kinds of vibrational feelings will arise, further expanding our range of possible feelings which are as much information. Note: this cross-gazing technique can in no way harm the person on whom you are practicing it.

Recognizing and perceiving the perceptions that emanate from this new encounter again requires not letting our mind (interpretations, judgments, etc.) take over. Kindness and openness guarantee us much better results and promote our inner availability.

Week 9: Reinforce your fluidity!

All the achievements of the previous weeks require a lot of practice before reaching a smooth landing. The exercise of the card game helps you gain fluidity and confidence. It is a matter of laying face down, “blind”, the 4 aces of a 32-card deck and guessing the suit of one of them. As you go through this weekly practice, practice guessing their sign as well (diamonds, hearts, spades, clubs).

Week 10: Go further!

The closed envelope exercise helps us free ourselves from our mental references since our five senses are unattended. Among several images or postcards whose representation we do not see, we put one (or ask a loved one to do so) in an envelope that we close.

By taking it in our hands, by picking up its vibrations with our palm, we will receive all kinds of information: visual, sound, physical … We write them down and check the contents of the envelope. To refine our temporal perception, the signifying number is an exemplary exercise.

It consists in choosing a person whom one knows little and, the mind calms thanks to a few breaths (at this stage, this conditioning has become easy), one asks him internally the question of a significant date in his life ( important event, date of birth, etc.) The answer can come to us in the form of images, words or symbols (for example: a Christmas tree to represent December).

Week 11 and 12: Specific workouts!

The last two are devoted to training the reception channels: visual for clairvoyance, sound for clairaudience, physical for clear-sightedness. The exercises offered are more specific. To be discovered at the end of the book.

This learning of clairvoyance considerably modifies our interior landscape. Until then neglected, fallow, sometimes frightening, it has become fertile and familiar. And without taking anything away from the mystery of the world …
