Not all of us desire to be an entrepreneur, but I wanted to discuss the characteristics of the women who do, and how they cope with the worries and doubts that creep in when launching an enterprise.
What motivates female businessmen to do this? Was it the desire to control their own timetable, handle their own workload, and manipulate their own destiny?
Top four factors that eventually inspire successful female entrepreneurs:
The vision of doing what You Love
Successful female entrepreneurs possess an entrepreneurial “drive” preparing for a future where they’re doing what they want all the time. Their mission is to wake up happy and satisfied and to realize that if they only put a little more time in now, they will build a perfect life.
Vision is really essential to every entrepreneur. And it is advised that you get going by building your vision board and repeating affirmations every day.
Changing the World
Peter Senge said, “Great entrepreneurs are inspired by a drive to change the world. If they’re good at what they’re doing, they ‘re going to make money. Yet it’s more critical that they’re doing something they ‘re passionate about.
Ownership and Responsibility
As per A Stake in the Outcome by Jack Stack; “If you want to create a community of ownership, people have to realize that they have a significant role to play in building the kind of business they desire; and that producing such a company is their duty and the ultimate aim of the organization, the end result of all their efforts.”
By introducing open-book administration, managers and employees are more informed about how their job blends into the company’s financial strategy. Like an entrepreneur, workers need to be educated to appreciate income statements and balance sheets as they have an interest in the company’s financial results.
Freedom and Flexibility
This motivation is enormous for female entrepreneurs and one of the primary reasons why women decide to quit their corporate jobs. Who doesn’t like to be in charge of his own schedule as an entrepreneur and set his own goals?
If you or any of your family members are ill, you can always postpone your commitments very quickly and spend the day with them. Then, just pick up what you really need to do whenever you can.
